深圳华侨城创意文化园

 
 

华侨城创意文化园位于深圳南山区华侨城原东部工业区,前身是深圳上世纪80年代引进的“三来一补”工业厂房。园区占地面积约15万平方米,建筑面积超过20万平方米,分为南、北两区。

2004年8月,园区正式启动改造工程。2005年1月,由华侨城集团赞助、以独立性、专业性、公益性为宗旨的华侨城当代艺术中心(OCAT)正式对外开放,它是首批进驻园区的新型艺术机构之一。2006年5月, “深圳华侨城创意文化园”正式挂牌。2011年5月,通过以“升·启”为主题的一系列文化艺术展览活动,华侨城创意文化园实现了南北两区整体开园。

2012年开始,华侨城创意文化园每年入选为深圳文博会分会场,并多次荣获优秀分会场一等奖。2015年初,国务院总理李克强视察园区进驻机构“柴火创客空间”,随后强调 “大众创业,万众创新” 是中国经济新的发动机。

2018年,世界最大的私人旅行指南《孤独星球》发布了“2019全球十佳旅行城市”榜单,深圳成为唯一进入榜单的中国城市,而华侨城创意文化园及园区内的文创机构亦成为深圳上榜的重要理由。

经过多年运营,园区吸引了约300家文化、创意、设计类相关机构和企业进驻,年度整体产值约150亿元。2019年,华侨城创意文化园被列入首批“深圳市十大文化街区”创建单位。

华侨城创意文化园独特的品牌价值和文化辐射力,也来自于创办丰富多元、个性特色的文化艺术活动。围绕创意设计、当代艺术和先锋音乐三大文化特色,华侨城创意文化园逐渐打造出T街创意市集、OCT-LOFT创意节、OCT-LOFT公共艺术展、OCT-LOFT国际爵士音乐节和明天音乐节等一系列原创品牌活动。

在这里,有开放且包容,持续创新突破的成长环境;在这里,有丰富多元,活力不断的文化交流平台;在这里,有城市文化发展崛起的原动力。以文化创意产业为核心,通过“文化+艺术”、“文化+科技”、“文化+旅游”的新型发展战略体系,华侨城创意文化园将在持续创新的人文实践中,开创跨界融合、创新发展的国际化新生态新格局。

 

OCT LOFT

 

OCT-LOFT is located in Nanshan, Shenzhen, the former east industrial estate of OCT. It evolves from the local industrial plants, constructed in 1980s for “The Three-Plus-One Trading-mix” enterprises. OCT-LOFT covers an area of about 150,000m², with a construction area of about 200,000m², and is divided into north and south districts.

In August 2004, the reconstruction project commenced officially. OCT Contemporary Art Terminal which locates in OCT-LOFT, as an independent, professional and non-profit art institution sponsored by the OCT group, was opened in January 2005. In May 2006, “Shenzhen OCT-LOFT” was officially launched.In May 2011, by organizing a series of cultural and artistic exhibitions and events themed as “A Re-Start”, OCT-LOFT declared the opening of both districts.

Since 2012, OCT-LOFT has been selected as the sub-venue of Shenzhen International Cultural Industry Fair, and has won the first prize of excellent sub-venue for many times. At the beginning of 2015, Premier Li Keqiang inspected, the Chaihuo Makerspace in OCT-LOFT, then emphasized that “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation” is the new engine of China’s economy.

Year 2018, Lonely Planet, the world’s largest personal travel guidebook, released the list of “Top 10 Cities to Visit in 2019”, and Shenzhen was the only Chinese city on the list.  OCT-LOFT, along with its cultural and creative institutions, served as an important reason for it.

After years of running, the park has attracted about 300 cultural, creative and designing agencies or enterprises to settle in, which brought about an annual overall output value of 15 billion yuan.

In 2019, OCT-LOFT was listed in the first batch of the “Ten Cultural Blocks in Shenzhen”.

The unique brand value and cultural radiant of OCT-LOFT also derives from its diverse, distinctive cultural and artistic events.Focusing on Creative Design, Contemporary Art and Avant-garde Music, OCT-LOFT has gradually built up a series of brand activities, such as T-Street Creative Mart, OCT-LOFT Creative Festival, OCT-LOFT Public Art Exhibition, OCT-LOFT Jazz Festival and Tomorrow Festival, etc.

Here in OCT-LOFT, an open and inclusive environment has been created for innovation and breakthrough; Here in OCT-LOFT, a vigorous platform has been built for constant cultural exchanges; Here in OCT-LOFT, the impetus for the rise of urban culture can be found. By taking the cultural and creative industries as its core and setting up the“ Culture + Art”, “Culture + Technology”, “Culture + Tourism” as its new developing strategy system, OCT-LOFT will continue its humanistic practicing to explore cross-border integration and create a new international pattern of innovative development.
